Account Registration & Verification

Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the abc66 player account. abc66 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals; actual processing times may vary during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
abc66 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, resolution of a responsible gaming review, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or receipt of documentation required under our compliance programme. Prohibited Transaction Methods

- The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- The player has registered multiple accounts in violation of the one-account rule.
- The player has engaged in bonus abuse or any other form of exploitation of the abc66 platform.
- Continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform, other players, or abc66 itself.
Voluntary Account Closure

Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, abc66 will process any outstanding valid withdrawal of available real-money balance before closing the account.
